Description:
This report shows a list of room alarms, the response time and duration of each alarm. The response time is the time from alarm to check-in, and the duration is the total time from the first alarm until it is completely cleared down and reset.

Alarm Frequency (Day)
Description:
This report shows the accumulated number of alarms per hour of the day. This report can be used to determine peak periods of the day for staff allocation.

Excessive Response Time (15 min)
Description:
This report lists all alarms where the response time exceeds a certain limit (set by the customer). The response time measured is the time from the first alarm until staff have reset the alarm.

This report shows the total number of alarms that have occurred for each point. This report together with Excessive response times you can quickly work out problem areas. This report will also proved a total number of alarms in the facility on the last page

Time to Respond (Day)
Description:
This report shows the average and maximum time to response for each room. Time to response means the time from the first alarm until staff has checked in.

This report shows the total time that alarms have been active, listed by ID & alarm type. It can be used with check-in alarm types to log the total time staff has spent at different rooms or at different activities.
